Even a little bit of regular exercise could lower the risk of death among survivors of breast cancer by 60 per cent, new research shows.The study, by scientists in , looked at 315 postmenopausal breast cancer survivors who had received their initial diagnosis at least two years before.Researchers conducted baseline interviews between 2013 and 2015, and participants were followed up until either their death or the study’s end in April this year.
