A stunning 16th-century Catholic church emerged from the depths of a reservoir in after water levels dramatically fell due to an intense drought.The stone structure, known as the Temple of Santiago, sits in the Nezahualcoyotl Reservoir in Chiapas, just at 29 percent capacity.Although it often partially emerges when water levels are low, this year's drought has left it totally exposed, putting local fishermen’s livelihoods at risk.
