The three-day weekend's general box office numbers came to a mere $95 million, a sharp decline from the pre-pandemic years before, reported. In 2018 and 2019, the box office took in $261 million and $181 million, respectively.The last time a Thanksgiving weekend brought in such little revenue was in 1994, when ticket prices averaged $4.08, according to the outlet.
