911 Lone Star actor Tyler Sanders died from the effects of fentanyl, his autopsy has revealed.The Fear The Walking Dead star was found dead in his home in June at the age of 18, with the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner noting that his death was accidental.Tyler, who had been nominated for a Daytime for his role in the Prime Video series Just Add Magic: Mystery, landed guest roles on shows including 911: Lone Star, and had been actively posting on social media before his death.
