The troubled baby formula factory that shut down in February claims the Food and Drug Administration still hasn't given them the green light to restart operations, despite the agency saying it could be back up and running in two weeks. Abbott Laboratories revealed Monday that it had entered into a consent decree with the that creates a pathway to reopen the facility, however the timeline for operations remains unclear.‘After FDA approval, Abbott could restart the site within two weeks; from the time of restart it would take six to eight weeks before product is available on shelves,' a company spokesperson told DailyMail.com on Monday.
