Local bars and restaurant are slowly returning to business nearly two weeks after Hurricane Otis devastated the Pacific coast resort town of Acapulco.At least six businesses located along Costera Miguel Alemán Avenue have already opened their doors to customers, according to Mexican newspaper El Universal.While it was clear that they were lacking the vibrant atmosphere that existed prior to the arrival of the the night of October 25, a band that was hired to play at La Costeña bar reassured customers that normalcy was on the horizon.
