WeWork co-founder Adam Neumann is planning to spend $300 million on Miami's 'tent city' area to transform it from an area rife with to one of high-end living. Neumann, via his real estate startup company Flow, plans to develop rental apartments, retail space and small offices in the city’s downtown. Neumann, 43, , aims to build all the buildings within walking distance of each other, according to blueprints filed on March 11.
