An amber alert has been issued for a 10-year-old girl who officials believe was abducted by a man on a motorcycle. Officials in are hunting for Skylar Beach who was last seen on Tuesday night in the 500 block of Northwest Avenue G in Hamlin. They believe she may be traveling on a black 2002 Suzuki motorbike with the Texas plate 138A4V.
