Conservative icon Ann Coulter has branded rival a hypocrite for criticizing 's breast-baring inauguration outfit.

Coulter, 63, took aim at Kelly on X Wednesday morning by sharing an old photo Kelly, 54, in a racy black dress while tugging a shoulder strap down suggestively.
