Appeals court panel refuses to delay Steve Bannon's contempt sentence

A last-minute appeal lodged by to delay his prison deadline has been rejected by a federal court panel as he fights his conviction for criminal contempt of .

The former adviser to will now have to report to prison by July 1 to begin serving his four-month sentence.
