Ariana Madix and Katie Maloney FIRE BACK at ex-chef after being sued

and are battling it out with the ex-chef of Something About Her, Penny Davidi Borsuk, over the sandwich shop's trademark - over their failed 'partnership.'

The stars parted ways with Penny, an executive chef who was appointed the COO/Director of Culinary of Something About Her, ahead of the May 2024 grand opening after a monetary dispute.

But before she was fired, Penny and her lawyer husband Jonathan Lee Borsuk applied for the Something About Her trademark through her company Put A Fork In It LLC in August 2023. They allegedly had the approval of both Madix and Maloney to do so.
