Australian Olympic hockey player is arrested in alleged cocaine bust

An Australian field hockey player was arrested on suspicion of buying cocaine in Paris.

European reporter Jean-Baptiste Marty broke news of the alleged arrest on X, formerly , on Wednesday night.

'A member of the Australian field hockey team was arrested last night after [allegedly] buying cocaine on a street in the 9th arrondissement of Paris,' he said.
