An autopsy is underway in the murder of 10-year-old Wisconsin girl Lily Peters, who was found dead near a walking trail while visiting her aunt’s home, authorities said.The autopsy began early Tuesday and may not be completed until Wednesday, Chippewa County Coroner Ronald Patten told WQOW.Lily’s body, which was discovered Monday in a wooded area not far from her aunt’s Chippewa Falls home, was taken to the Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s Office in Minnesota, Patten said. That agency told The Post the autopsy had not been completed as of early Wednesday.
