President Biden will speak from the White House on Friday afternoon about the ongoing Ukraine crisis after he predicted Thursday that Russia would invade its western neighbor “within the next several days.”Biden added the 4 p.m. address to his schedule as Vice President Kamala Harris met at the Munich Security Conference with NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg and the leaders of NATO members Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.The White House said the speech would constitute “an update on our continued efforts to pursue deterrence and diplomacy, and Russia’s buildup of military troops on the border of Ukraine.”
