A couple who transformed their bodies on The Biggest Loser has revealed they underwent surgery a decade later — after gaining back a combined total of 368 pounds. Jessica Limpert, 36, and Ramon Medeiros, 37, from Pittsburgh, , met on the 12th season of the competition series in 2011 and later married. In five months, she lost 80 pounds and weighed 174 pounds, while he was down 154 pounds and clocked in at 201 pounds. They maintained their weight loss for about three years, but then it started to creep back as they struggled with body image. When they had surgery in January 2021, Limpert weighed 358 pounds, and Medeiros was up to 385 pounds.
