Citadel CEO, Ken Griffin, 54, treated his employees to an elaborate party to celebrate his trading firm Citadel Securities' 20th anniversary and his hedge fund's 32nd anniversary last weekend. In addition to the anniversary, Griffin and his team were celebrating the company's market success, despite many other hedge funds losing four percent on average and the S&P 500 dropping 16 percent this year.
