An alleged Bosnian war criminal who served at a prison camp where Serbian detainees were systemically tortured has been arrested after living anonymously in a Boston suburb for nearly 25 years.Kemal 'Kemo' Mrndzic, 50, was taken into custody in an early morning raid on Wednesday from his home in Swampscott, - about 13 miles from Boston. He was a guard at the notorious Čelebići prison camp in in Bosnia-Herzegovina during the Bosnian War in the 1990s, according to the Justice Department.
