A boy has died after he slipped and fell under the wheels of a tractor during a freak accident. The 12-year-old boy was visiting the Haunted Hilltop in Harrison, , when the tragedy occured. According to Hamilton County Sheriff's Office, the child - identified by his family as Sam Jessen - was visiting the Halloween event on Saturday October 12 when a chaperone claims he tried jumping on the tractor from nearby bushes to scare riders on the hayride.
