A free speech lawsuit filed on behalf of a 12-year-old boy against his school ran into some trouble during a Wednesday hearing as a District Court denied his attorneys' request for a temporary injunction.A Boston judge ruled that Liam Morrison cannot wear a shirt that reads 'there are only two genders' while the case over the garment is still being decided. The suit, which is being argued by attorneys from the Alliance Defending Freedom, was filed by the boy's parents after he was repeatedly denied his right to wear the shirt at school.
