A police officer in the southern Brazilian state of Paraná murdered six of his family members and two random strangers before he used his work weapon to shoot himself dead because reportedly could not accept that his wife wanted to end their marriage.Fabiano Garcia, 37, hunted down his wife, 28-year-old Kassiele Mendes and his 12-year-old stepdaughter Amanda Menes, stabbing them both at their home in the Paraná town of Toledo after he had ended his shift shortly after 7pm local time, the Military Police said.Garcia then traveled to the home of his mother, Irene Garcia, 78, and stabbed her dead before he used his service gun to shoot dead his brother, Claudiomiro Garcia. Both victims were found in their respective rooms.
