A British woman has been praised as a hero after she helped evacuate 100 horses from dozens of homes across - without fear for her own safety - as ferocious wildfires ripped through the city. Thea Creasy, 45, who has lived in Los Angeles for 20 years, led a heroic mission to usher hundreds of animals left behind in burning homes, as the horse trainer from Suffolk mobilised a crew of brave volunteers last Thursday. Speaking to , Creasy said she found herself spearheading the equestrian evacuation efforts after she helped rescue two horses that became trapped in her friend's house.
