The man who tore up a Manhattan McDonald's with an axe and was released without bail was busted - again - for allegedly spray-painting graffiti and stealing a bike in Brooklyn. Michael Palacios, 31, of the Bronx, was arrested after he tried to run away from police when they caught him spraying graffiti on Sunday, the reports. Palacios, who made headlines last month over his axe-wielding rampage in Manhattan, allegedly swiped a $3,500 bike in front of a local coffee shop on 69 Second Avenue to try and get away before police took him into custody.
