A California man stabbed a fellow resident of an assisted living facility “for no apparent reason” cutting a piece of the victim’s ear, local law-enforcement said.Raymond Cortinas, 63, during a “confrontation” before 9 a.m. Saturday in Camarillo stabbed another man repeatedly, causing the victim to suffer multiple body wounds and a “severed ear,” the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office announced.The police investigation found the unidentified victim was attacked “for no apparent reason,” the sheriff’s office said. Cortinas and the victim “are known to each other,” according to the statement.
