A man was arrested three times in just 16 hours on Sunday after being released from jail twice under the state' controversial zero-dollar bail order.James Langdon, who appears to be homeless, are first arrested around 3am in Glendale, , after he was caught jay walking before fleeing cops on February 13. Just hours later after being released, he was caught tresspassing at a business with a screwdriver in hand. He was again detained for three hours before being released, but in the evening was caught trying to break into an apartment - and finally held on $150,000 bail.
