Economists at Goldman Sachs have slashed the chances of America entering a recession in the next 12 months from 20 to 15 percent. The bank's chief economist Jan Hatzius also reaffirmed predictions that the has finished hiking interest rates after its 18-month campaign which has seen them Hatzius explained that Goldman Sachs had grown 'confidence' in the Fed's aggressive approach which has caused to plummet from 9 percent to just over 3 percent.
