A civil rights activist has been named as one of the 10 people who died in a floatplane crash in the waters of Mutiny Bay, off of Whidbey Island.Sandy Williams, 60, was on board the fatal plane - which killed nine other people, including the pilot and a child, near Seattle, Washington. At the time the search was called off, rescuers had recovered just one body. Officials have said that it was impossible that anybody would survive the crash.
