The Valley Music and Arts Festival, in its second week, was fined another $51,000 by the city of Indio over curfew violations, coming off the heels of fines eclipsing $117,000 over contract breaches in its first weekend.A city representative told Monday that promoter Goldenvoice faced more financial penalties for the , bringing the total in fines up to more than $168,000 over curfew violations for this year's festival.In an accounting of the curfew breaches, officials told the outlet that the festival incurred $20,000 in fines in going two minutes past a 1 a.m. curfew on Friday, April 21.
