A university professor has been charged with killing a young girl who was poised to start classes at his college in the fall - after he got into an argument with another man that saw him fire a gun into a car where the incoming freshman was sitting. The incident, which transpired early Saturday in Carrollton roughly 45 miles from Atlanta, saw cops cuff 47-year-old University of West instructor Richard Sigman, after one of his bullets claimed the life of 18-year-old Anna Jones.Cops say Sigman, who worked as a business lecturer at the school, fired multiple shots during the late night slaying, following a dispute inside a local pizzeria roughly a mile and a half from the college.
