Biohacker Bryan Johnson has re-shared his and his son's joint diet and exercise regime.The plan — which aims to slow aging — sees Bryan and 18-year-old Talmage wake up at 5am every day and go to bed at 8.30pm.It also involves having the last meal of the day at noon, and sticking to a 2,000 calorie diet including broccoli, cauliflower and walnuts — but excluding popular junk foods like pizza and burgers.
