A convicted felon who is accused of kidnapping and murdering mother-of-two Eliza Fletcher appeared in court for a third time but did not enter pleas to any of the charges he faces.Cleotha Abston-Henderson, 38, is accused of killing elementary school teacher Fletcher, 34, after bundling her into his car on Friday, as his public defender lodges an appeal for a gag order. He appeared at court in Memphis, , charged with first-degree murder, kidnapping and tampering with evidence with the judge again refusing him bail ahead of another hearing on September 19.
