Cops refused to help dying man because their shift was almost over

Two police officers refused to help a dying suicide victim because their shift was about to end, sparking outrage.

Footage from the September, 2023, incident shows former St. Louis officers Austin Fraser and Ty Warren responding after Urayoan Rodriguez-Rivera called 911 saying he was about to kill himself.
