DC residents warned to steer clear of bridge plagued by swarm of BEES

A mass of bees in Washington has plagued Taft Bridge as officials warn locals and visitors in the area to steer clear of the huge swarm.

On Monday, the District of Columbia Department of Public Works and the Department responded to the bridge following reports of the bees.

DC Traffic Police wrote on X: 'FYI: Citizens are advised to avoid the east sidewalk on the Taft Bridge, located in the 2500 Block of venue, NW, due to a swarm of bees hovering in the air.
