The deadly Pineapple Express storm in has caused a shocking eight million gallons of raw sewage to spill on to streets and triggered more than 500 mudslides. Heavy rain has with half of the rainfall typically seen in a year falling over several days.The atmospheric river – a weather pattern made from plumes of moisture that can produce torrential amounts of rain- , washed away dozens of homes and led to an enormous sewage spill in Los Angeles County.
