Deebo Samuel hospitalized with pneumonia and 'fluid in his lungs'

The bad news continues for the as star wide receiver Deebo Samuel is currently hospitalized with and 'fluid in his lungs,' per team head coach Kyle Shanahan.

Samuel played through an illness on Sunday against the City Chiefs in a rematch.

Now, his condition has worsened, as there is no timetable for his return, per Shanahan.
