One of Georgia's most beautiful barrier islands is seeing an influx of new residents and visitors.

Tybee Island, a charming three-mile island that has long flown under-the-radar, is now climbing the ranks of 'must see' destinations as some of Hollywood's biggest stars flock to the coastal paradise.
