Deion Sanders and Maxx Crosby congratulate Antonio Pierce on new job

After being named permanent head coach of the Raiders, Antonio Pierce received a few notable congratulations on social media.

Earlier in the day multiple reports broke that the Raiders were intending to hire Pierce full-time after he had spent weeks of the season as the interim head coach in Las Vegas after former head coach Josh McDaniels was fired.

Pierce led the team to a 5-4 record after taking over and had been supported by multiple players in the Raiders locker room after the way he positively changed the team's culture.
