The family of former US Marine Paul Whelan, who has been languishing in a Russian prison in deplorable conditions for nearly four years, slammed the for securing the release of another American detained in Russia but not him.On Monday, Whelan's attorney Vladimir Zherebenkov told that he was 'ultimately disappointed' in the Biden administration. 52-year-old Whelan, a former security executive, was arrested in a Moscow hotel room in December 2018 and charged with espionage, a charge he fervently denies.
