Crystal McKinney has filed separate lawsuits against both men in a New York federal court, accusing them of sexually assaulting her as she tried to break into the industry in 2003.

McKinney filed a suit against Weinstein on Friday, in a Manhattan hotel room during a business meeting arranged to discuss her career.
