Diddy heard on prison call for FIRST time since his arrest

broke his silence from behind bars as his children called to wish him a happy 55th birthday on Monday - as he awaits trial on sex trafficking charges.

The rapper was arrested in September on federal charges of racketeering, conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation for purposes of prostitution - and is incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) in Brooklyn.

In the video shared by his son Justin Dior Combs, 30, Diddy is heard telling his children he is proud of all of them and 'looking forward to seeing them soon' after they sing happy birthday to him.
