Discovery's $43billion deal with AT&T is greenlit by DoJ

Discovery and AT&T's long-awaited deal was finally given the greenlight on Wednesday, paving the way for it to be completed in April.

Discovery is buying WarnerMedia, 's parent company, from AT&T for $43billion.

AT&T has been trying to offload it for years after a disastrous $85billion acquisition in 2016, when WarnerMedia was known as TimeWarner.
