After an NBC Palm Springs segment aired pointing out that Disneyland contains LA - for , - and Disney World contains ORL - for Orlando, , where the park is located - a fierce debate erupted over the legitimacy.

In a screenshot shared widely online, the two resort names were side-by-side with the letters 'LA' highlighted on Disneyland and 'ORL' highlighted in Disney World.
