Two annual passholders for have filed a class action lawsuit over what they claim is unfair treatment when it comes to their purchase. The suit, filed in the United States District Court for the Middle District of , was brought by the passholders who say that the company is favoring single-day ticket holders over those who have bought in for the year. Annual passes for the amusement park can cost people as much as $1,600 - and the anonymous disgruntled Disney fans say that the lawsuit is brought on behalf of 'themselves and all others similarly situated.'
