LA Dodgers pair Clayton Kershaw and Blake Treinen have spoken out against the franchise's decision to welcome anti-Christian drag group, Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, to its Pride Night and subsequently present them with a Community Hero award.The Dodgers initially rescinded their invitation following condemnation from Christians, politicians -- including 's U.S. Sen. -- and others. Since, L.A. has cowered to public pressure from the opposing viewpoint, offering an apology and another invitation the LGBTQ drag group who have performed vulgar acts which directly mock and denigrate the Catholic faith. These include giving lap dances to a man dressed as Jesus and tied to a crucifix -- arguably the most sacred symbol of the religion -- and dressing up as nuns.
