Dog that looks 'just like' Paul Rudd is adopted from Tennessee shelter

A dog up for adoption in has found a permanent home after its shelter pointed out his resemblance to , and called on the actor to adopt him.

The Collierville Animal Shelter in Tennessee made a public appeal last week that the Australian Shepard mix be adopted by the actor himself after claiming the two looked alike.

Instead, the two-year-old 65-pound dog, originally called Waffle House but now nicknamed Pawl Ruff, caught the attention of somebody local who successfully adopted it on Monday.
