Washington paid tribute to the late Rep. Don Young, the longest-serving in the history of the House of Representatives, on Tuesday as President joined lawmakers on Hill where his body was lying in state.Young died at the age of 88 this month after losing consciousness as he flew to with his wife, Anne. Biden made the short drive to the U.S. Capitol to pay his respects to the only US Representative that Alaskans have had for almost half a century.
