U.S. stock indexes were set for a weaker open on Friday, a day after staging a dramatic late rally, as developments around a raging war in kept investors on edge.At 7.43am, Dow futures were down 133 points, or 0.40 percent, S&P 500 futures dropped 0.37 percent, and Nasdaq futures lost 0.26 percent.Although oil prices dipped off their highs as fears eased of an import ban on Russian crude, the national average price of gasoline jumped three cents on Friday, to $3.572, according to the AAA Gas Price Index.
