Two toddlers were killed by a man who crashed into a horse stable where they were playing at 100 mph while high on meth, police said. The Utah County Sheriff's Office that shortly before Monday's fatal car accident, 25-year-old Kent Cody Barlow of Eagle Mountain was allegedly driving recklessly, weaving and drifting into oncoming traffic at nearly 100 mph before running a stop sign.Barlow's car, which had three passengers inside, then veered off the road and crashed through a vinyl rail fence, then smashed through two sections of a five-rail steel pole fence, police said.
