Raiders star Charles Snowden told cops he thought he was in when arrested on a DUI charge in last month. The defensive end was found passed out at the wheel of a running car with a blood-alcohol level of more than double the legal limit and is facing a single misdemeanor count.The officers were dispatched to Snowden's 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee at around 11:30pm local time on December 9 after receiving a call of a suspicious vehicle.
