Mayor Eric Adams revealed his frustration at not being told sooner that there was arsenic found in the drinking water at a public housing complex in Manhattan.Adams said that he wasn't told about the arsenic-laced water at the Riis Houses in the East Village until the next day - which goes against city protocol. It's also been claimed that the 4,000 tenants living in the block may not have been told about the issue for two weeks.
