The ex-convict who has been accused of kidnapping 18-year-old Naomi Irion - who has been missing since March 12 - made his initial court appearance in on Wednesday as the search for the teenager continued.Troy Driver, 41, appeared before Canal Township Justice Court Judge Lori Matheus, who ruled that his bail will remain at $750,000.
